Lately I’ve been eating so poorly and feeling pretty down on my appearance. Making before and after photos tends to help boost my confidence a bit and remind me of where I was once and that I am no longer there.
I’ve made great progress mentally, physically and emotionally in 2015. However, I still have quite a long way to go.
So here is my generic end of the year post, which I am sure no one will read anyway lol.
Long story short, I’m excited to see where 2016 will take me as I continue to progress.
