Today marks the 5th year anniversary of what I like to call my rebirth.
Five year ago today I made the conscious effort to change physical, and ended up changing mentally more than I ever imagined. If you ever need advice or help with your own development I am here for you, always.
First picture was taken in 2011, weighing in at 300lbs, my heaviest ever.
Second picture was taken in 2013, weighing in at 178lbs, my smallest ever.
Third picture was taken today, weighting in at 242lbs, my healthiest ever.
