I was feeing good this morning, and I had the condo gym to myself so I did an hour of cardio :) (30mins on elliptical, 3 miles in just under 30 mins at level 3!) and then 30 on the treadmill at level 4 incline (walking), then I did a bunch of arm workouts. I also stretched for a while. It was so lovely :)
I feel so good, even if the progress is very minimal and slow, I like to see how far I’ve come. This is from 5 years ago (2010 summer)…I had not realized how big I had gotten. Regardless, I was happy. That’s something I can’t lose sight of (which I have on other weightloss journeys).I’m loving that you can actually see my collar bones now!!! My legs no longer bleed from rubbing together too much. Don’t get me wrong, they still rub a lot!!! But it’s significantly less than in the left picture!
