Before- 225 lbs
After- 188 lbs
12 months between both photos. I have gone through so much trial and error to get to where I am at now. I learned so much about nutrition,fitness and self love. I’m currently at a plateau and have been for two months and that’s ok. I think it’s time that I share my journey with others. Thank you!
