A good example of what can happen when you put your mind into something.
From 293 pounds to 235 pounds.
The picture on the left was taken on the 2nd of August 2015
The one on the right was taken on the 28th of December 2015.
Almost 60 pounds lost in like 5 months.
My goal is 175 pounds so there’s still a long way to go.
Looking at the picture on the left I remember a guy who always had excuses to not work out.
Turned to unhealthy foods in bad times to feel better.
Changing my mindset at the beginning was the key to this weight loss journey
The 1st weeks were the toughest ones, but once I got my mind into it and started seeing the numbers on the scale drop I really felt motivated. There was no turning back.
I was a junk food addict, cutting off all unhealthy foods and soda’s wasn’t easy but I did it.
Just by eating healthier I already started feeling the difference.
I also did a lot of cardio & getting enough sleep which is really important.
Since the start of 2016 I started going to the gym & combining it with HIIT.
For sure this won’t be my last post, I’m on the right track & I really am motivated.
I’m really looking forward to hit my goal somewhere this year.
