I’ve officially lost 60 pounds!!
People have been asking me how I’m losing weight, so here are some of my best tips for you:
1. Don’t try to lose 60 pounds. My goal was never to lose weight, I just wanted to get healthy. Start with a small goal, like losing 5lbs or being able to run a mile without stopping. And go from there.
2. Don’t have an accountability partner.The best kind of motivation is going to come from you wanting this for YOURSELF. As soon as your accountability partner turns their head, you’re going to be diving back into your old habits.
3. Start now. Right now. Drink an extra glass of water today. Add a few extra veggies to your plate at each meal. Don’t try to completely change your life all at once. And don’t wait until you have the time to make it perfect. You’re going to slip up, this journey will never be perfect. It’s all about getting back up when you fall.
