Mine and my boyfriends 3 year gym progress, -5kg for me, +18kg for him.
This year we’re really going to focus on proper post workout nutrition (AIS recommends 1g carb per kg body weight [15% less for women] and 20g protein within 30mins of workout) bulking up in winter and leaning up in summer! ๐๐ผ๐ช๐ผ
