doughnutsfairy:

Post workout mood and satisfaction still the same!😅💦You see, in the first picture I felt EXHAUSTED but you can also tell I felt very happy and you know how much my workout lasted back then? 20 minutes💥Yes- just 20 minutes because it was one of my first workouts and I was out of breath after just 5. I didn’t feel bad because of it, I didn’t compare myself to other girls who would spend two hours at the gym, I didn’t worry I wouldn’t lose weight because my workouts were so short, I was doing all I could and I was listening to my body, I knew that I’d see the results because hard work ALWAYS pays off, trying to punish myself because of not working as long as others would only make me give up and go back to old lifestyle BUT- I FELT PROUD because I was taking steps towards my goal, I was doing SOMETHING instead of complaining how hard my life was, instead making thousands of plans to change my life and promising myself I’d start “tomorrow”. You need to stop comparing yourself to others, we all are individuals, the fact that someone can do more than you means only that they already went through the same thing that you’re going right now. Look where I am now! 90 minutes of intense interval trainings??? I’d be dead after 10 minutes of trainings like that before, I swear!I took all the time I needed to improve, practice makes perfect! Keep going at your OWN pace, what seems a little for you is a lot for your body, give it all the time it needs to get better and stronger and you’ll see an amazing progress!☺️💋
