37kgs down.
I’ve lost 37kgs from 2013 to 2014. 1 year.
From 2014 to 2015 i tried to keep that weight. And I did it.
In October 2015 I had a gallbladder operation so I’ve been inactive for 3 months (and i gained almost 5kgs)
This month i started to workout again, my next goal is be fit. I just wanna lose 5kgs (that i gained) and start being fit. No more weight loss.
Basically it’s all about healthy eating, drinking water and doing workouts. It’s as simple as that. Try it, you won’t regret!
Ps: my next post will be at the end of the year with a different and fit body. I promise <3
