3 years difference☺️slow, but progress is progress. I remember seeing the left photo and just being mortified and angry at myself. I hadn’t realised I was just on a downwards slope of getting more and more unhealthy. I’m applying this year to university, with the hopes of becoming a dietitian. I haven’t been stupid and restrictive. Just slow and steady with treats and healthy food, and exercise that I enjoy. I think the most important thing is to be happy with yourself. I wasn’t at the start, but I’m comfortable now and am much more knowledgable about foods! Don’t usually post stuff like this but was just looking through old photos haha.
