Daily reminder that ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE. Set that goal, and then smash it. 

 When I started nourishing my body and taking care of it, I finally saw results. Done with a strict Ketogenic diet, lots of lifting, and StairMaster for cardio.

They may not be crazy popping out, but I have abs!
