I know I post a lot but I’m just really surprised at how far I’ve come. Also I have a waist?????
I started at 192lbs on July 20, 2015. The second photo was taken September 20, 2015. Two months! The last time I checked I was 177lbs but I haven’t weighed myself in a week or so.
It’s not a huge difference, but the little things matter most to me. I love that my face is slimmer and even my hands are slimmer, as well as my arms and shoulders and little by little fat is coming off everywhere! 😄 (except I’m kinda sad about my butt shrinking, but that’s what squats are for I guess)!!!
My goal weight is 120lbs but I don’t care much about weight I care about physically looking toned and healthy. I really care about my internal health and I think that’s why I’ve come so far.
Also I’m 20 and I’m 5'3" ☺️☺️☺️
