About a year and a half ago I suffered from bulimia, which unlike what many people believe, does not always yield a skeletal figure. Starting at about 46kg, through my ed and initial recovery, my weight rocketed to 50kg - it may not seem like much, but when you are less than 5 feet, 1kg has an obvious impact on your physique. I gradually lost the weight back, by just eating healthy and moderately exercising, no drastic changes. I plan on doing a final cut over the next month, and then start bulking up.
