Hi! I’ve never posted on here before but I look at it every single day. I have been on my weight loss journey for about 8 months now and have been feeling really frustrated by my perceived lack of results.. While It’s not a dramatic difference, these two pictures are what is keeping me going this week.

I have been eating smaller portions and a macro based diet also got through the first month of Insanity but then went on vacation and ended up not going back to it. I am now in week 5 of Insanity Max 30.
