Another before and after comparison of how far I’ve come. I’ve been actively losing weight on a medically restricted, low-glutamate diet for two years, working out daily for the last month at both cardio and weights, with a calorie restriction of 1200 cal a day. I’ve been losing about a pound a week since I began working out and restricting, so five pounds down from when I started to work out.
