Only about a 2 week difference here. 

Honestly, the biggest change was in my diet. For the last few weeks I’ve been eating almost 100% non-processed, fresh fruits and veggies. And drinking obscene amounts of water to reduce water weight.

I’ve also been working out in high intensity small group classes 4-5 times per week, but diet has had the biggest impact.

This is around 8 lbs weight loss – with several of those pounds being water weight. Just goes to show you what a few weeks and a clean diet can do!
