Look at this beauty I found! Photo on the left is me on my 13th birthday, roughly 200-210 pounds. I remember how much I loved the shirt I was wearing but I felt so embarrassed about my arms and how big they were, I never thought I would feel comfortable in my clothes let alone in my own skin, But here I am 7 years later! I still have to remind myself how far I come because looking in the mirror everyday sometimes it’s hard to see a difference and there are days I still feel like the girl on the left but this is my reminder that getting healthy and being fit is a lifestyle not a quick fix or deit.
