I’ve lost 90 pounds by becoming more active and cutting out a lot of processed foods. I focus on eating fresh fruits and vegetables and making sure I eat enough protein. I run on occasion and lift heavy. Currently trying to lose “the last 10lbs” and add lean muscle.
