(10/14/14 vs. 2/21/15)
I’ve been feeling pretty crappy lately. I’ve been eating poorly (like, including dairy, which I had just proved without a doubt is incredibly problematic for me), ignoring workouts, and just generally making bad decisions when it comes to my health. So, yeah, it makes sense why I’m feeling crappy.
I finished up what I thought was going to be my last 4 week Kickstarter dietbet last week, happy with my 40 pound loss over 4 months and super pleased with my $160+ profit. But, this funk I’ve been in made me realize that maybe it wasn’t time yet to transition to the 6 month transformer games.
So, I’ve signed up for my 13th dietbet game and I have my 14th one (high stakes! $150 bet) planned to start in 2 weeks. I’m excited for them to bring me right through to the wedding at the end of March! I’m starting to get a bit nervous about my bridesmaid dress zipping up…so these are good motivators!
Other than feeling crappy about my decisions and actions, I’ve been loving the way I look recently (perhaps that contributed to some complacency?). It’s been pretty normal for me to live in sweatpants and pajamas for weeks at a time, but this past week I got fully dressed in cute outfits 5 days in a row. It’s so nice to feel confident again!
