It’s been a while since I’ve taken the time to appreciate where I am compared to where I was at one point. Pictures sure make you appreciate progress. These “before” pictures were taken about 4 years ago, give or take, and I had no idea how big I’d really let myself get. I’m so proud of my progress and how much I’ve grown as a person (and shrunk as a person-😂) through these changes in lifestyle: nutrition and working out. 😊
It’s so easy to get discouraged when you feel like you do so much and eat so well for such little progress. We want instant gratification; however, that’s not realistic or the way it works. Sure, a diet pill or crash diet may get you fast results, but they’re not lasting results. So, to anyone that’s working toward a goal and wanting to better themselves, don’t give up because one day you’ll be able to look back at those old pictures and see how far you’ve come and be proud.
I’ve come so far and really look forward to continuing to progress. ✨2015 has great things in store; I can just feel it.✨
