It’s always interesting when you stop focusing on “diet” and lack of everything that you think you aren’t and embrace who you are in every aspect and become GRATEFUL for how Amazing your body is. To be GRATEFUL I am able bodied. To be GRATEFUL for every freckle and strand of red hair that took me years to learn to love. To be GRATEFUL for perfect 20/20 vision, to be able to hear, smell and feel. To be strong when people can’t do something they ask me because they know my body can. To be GRATEFUL have beautiful porcelain skin that I tried for years to cover with fake tan. I am GRATEFUL for my grandmothers spectacular green eyes that every time I look in the mirror I see her looking back at me. For the first time in almost 30 years I can actually say I love myself and I am grateful for the housing of my soul. In this process of being my authentic self and embracing every aspect of who i am and saying no to things that don’t nourish my soul I am dropping weight so quickly without even trying. The issues and the walls I had created in my armor exterior and my issues on the inside manifesting on the outside. I embrace every part of who I am and encourage every body to do the same it is the most up lifting liberating experience of my life. 9kg/20pounds of weight of guilt shame and self hate gone.
