I feel like when someone tries to lose weight out of hate for themselves, they’ll never truly be happy with themselves no matter how much they lose. They’ll never be satisfied with how they look.
If you want to improve yourself, that’s great, but having this mindset of “I’ll only be happy when I’m xxx lbs” is damaging.
A healthy mind and a healthy body is what I’m all about.
I’m not happy with the way I look, however, I’d rather look how I look than to become obsessive with losing weight because that makes me miserable.
