I haven’t been keeping fit at all since my knee surgery, it’s horrible! But I intend to get back on track during the Christmas break from school.
My advice to you is try working on strength and lay off the cardio for a while. And if you really need/want to do cardio, swimming and biking is easier on the knee than jogging. When I did physiotherapy, that’s what they always told me. Swimming especially is good for the knee for most injuries.
And make sure to keep eating well! That’s just as important, if not more important, than exercising.
