I’ve never really done one of these before, but lately I’ve been getting kinda hard on myself and I felt like I needed to look at the bigger picture—and I’m so glad I did ☺️ I have come so fucking far! The big time gap in between is mostly due to camera shyness when I was heavier. I didn’t start consistently losing weight until late 2013!
I lost a good chunk of my weight through the ketogenic diet, and I now follow an intuitive LCHF (paleo/primalish) diet with no grains and limited dairy, and basically no exercise. I am so much happier, healthier, and clear-headed with this lifestyle. It has changed EVERYTHING for me. Feel free to drop me an ask with questions or if you just want advice! 🎉
