Yup… Can’t believe how time just flies & how your body can change in such a short time, it’s INCREDIBLE!
ANYWAY… Down to business:
SW: 73.2kg
CW: 63.9kg
1st GW: 65.0kg
2nd GW: 63.0kgTotal weight lost in 3 months: 9.3kg (20.5lb)
Almost at my 2nd GW, omw I am so happy with my progress so far, had to buy like 5 new pairs of pants because I’ve never been this small, and they fit amazing.. Rewarding myself with new, smaller clothes makes every time I said no to bad food so WORTH IT!!
I’m loving my life & my body sooooo much right now..
Proud of me..
