+- 105kg -> +- 98 kg (I don’t own a scale, there’s one at the gym though)

This is a year’s time difference, but I only started making an effort like 3 - 4 months ago, but I fell off the wagon at the beginning of this month. It was my birthday and I ate bread for the first time since I started (trying) to be keto. I tracked everything at first but it was ridiculous so I just avoided carbs completely but didn’t count calories. Also only ate once a day at dinner, usually lean meat and cheese and Greek yoghurt or homemade mayo. I feel really shitty today cuz this month I’ve had like three pasta dinners, and rice on two occasions, and bread on three occasions. So I’m disappointed but I wanna get back on track. I’ve never made a before and during but I guess I just need to feel that something was happening? Barely notice anything but I have to believe!
