Back story!
I have a heart condition and have struggled with my weight for my whole life! Weight on the heart can be fatal if not sorted and having kids I wanted to be around forever!! Last year I went on holiday to Isle of Wight for a wedding and wore a Lindy bop dress and felt a million dollars… upon looking back at the photo (on the left) I was repulsed, I had let myself go, wayyy to far for my liking! I had 2 children (4&1) and used them as and excuse as to why I couldn’t lose weight… I got back and jumped on the scales 20st 5lb stared back at me.. I was disgusted!!! Now I knew my local sw group wasn’t until the week after, but I started that day as soon as I could!…
when I weighted in the week after I was 19st 13.5lb which is my official sw starting weight….The photo on the right was 1 week ago at my brother in laws wedding as a bridesmaid 7 STONE 6.5LB GONE!!!… wearing a size 12!!!
I never thought I’d see this day, 14 months on I am so excited about reaching that target soon and never going back to what I was!
So thank you slimming world for giving me a plan that I can enjoy, love, follow, include my family and most of all thank you for allowing me my confidence back! 😍😍😍😍😍
