Transformation tuesday post because I was in need of some motivation and, well… Which progress post would inspire me more to keep going than my own?
These photos are a bit more than one year apart, I think. 
187lbs vs 163lbs.
Things won’t always go your way. Believe me. Your journey won’t go smoothly. There will  be bumps in the way. There will be blood and sweat and tears. And anxiety if you’re anything like me.
But trust me on this… It’s worth it. 
You are not less than anyone else. You deserve to feel comfortable in your own skin and you have the skills to do anything it takes for that to happen! But you have to believe!!
Don’t feel discouraged if you can’t lose 50 lbs in 4 months. Maybe that one girl you follow could, but she is not you. You are you. And let’s face it… You either have a loooooooot of extra fat to lose or  99% of human being can’t shed 50lbs in 4 months. Not in a natural, healthy way, at least.
So don’t worry. You’ll get there.
I’ve been on this journey for literally 10 years. I’d lose and gain weight like nothing. About one year ago I decided to get serious about this and this is the result.
What I’m trying to say, and probably failing (that’s me…. not much when it comes to making a point. Sorry ‘bout that.), is that it’s okay to try a million times and fail. You will put yourself together eventually and kick life in the ass. You are amazing. You can do this!
