My progress, just on my stomach. :)
I didn’t put my weight on these pics because I want to keep that private for now. Also, I didn’t post a whole body change since I am also not ready for that just yet. I received a lot of negative comments last time I did, and really don’t need any more negativity in my life right now.
Always vegan (6+ years). Just sometimes a clean vegan and other times more of a, junk food vegan. I have had a lot of stress in my life the last 2 years, the most stress I have ever experienced. Therefore, I did comfort eat and gain weight. I put going out for dinners and drinks with my friends and boyfriend before my body. No regrets to be honest, I had a good 2 years of missing out on social events because of my strict diet regime in the past. I was never going to be able to keep at 48kg (LW) and that’s ok. Just wanted to show you it’s possible to make a big difference, in a short time!
