I’m not the kind of person to post things like this on social media but I felt the need to because of how happy I am with my results over the past 6 months. I’m no where near where I want to be but it’s nice to actually see some results. 6 months ago I was buying size 18 dresses which is probably the heaviest I’ve been. Recently I just bought a size 13 dress and again now where I want to be but still really fricking nice. At the start of water polo season which was about 3 months ago I was in a size 42 suit and now I’m a 36 needing to buy a 34. You really can do anything that you put you mind to so always work hard.
