Sorry the before picture is so blurry! Lost about 30lbs a few years ago putting me at 147lbs, the bottom is a current photo at 153lbs. I’ve been doing PT and trying my best to finally get that last 20 off! I used to have a pretty popular fitblr (The-Healthy-Soul) but deleted it after my decision to delete my social media.
