I lost a stone between January and April and the other four between April and now.
I have one cheat meal a week but eat healthily the rest of the time. I have five - seven meals a day depending on what I’m eating and go to the gym four days a week.
My aim is to get muscly so I don’t expect to stay at eleven stone but that’s the weight I’d like to get down to. Also, I know the last photo is kind of cheating because I was stretching but I like how I look so decided to add it on. :)
