I hit my goal last month and just kind of chilled. I lost some, but mostly from being sick with a stomach bug ( thanksgiving weekend.) My appetite is back so I’m sure I’ll be back up a few lbs. Soon.
In March I was on restriction from anything more than walking/ elliptical/ light stretch and physical therapy, due to injury. The physical therapy didn’t work so I then had surgery in July and finally got the ok to get back to lifting/squats more intense cardio around September…but I haven’t done it. I’ve stuck with the light stuff. But I’ve hovered for a month and I’m ready for a new goal. My new goal is strength and muscle tone. I.e. I would like to have a butt again. So this is my new before for “project build-a-butt.”
