I’m 5'8 and currently weigh about 215 pounds. The picture on the left was taken at about 265-270 pounds. It took me about 7 months to get where I am now. I have cut out a huge amount of carbohydrates and sugar. I make sure I intensely workout at least 5 times a week! The picture on the left was taken after I had already lost about 20 pounds through Weight Watchers which I do not use anymore.
