The first one was from 15-17 years ago, the second was taken in July 7 of 2013, and the last September 5 of 2015. Between the first and the second I lost about 30 kg (66 pounds), and between the second and third 10kgs (22 pounds) I guess. The huge difference can also be measure by body fat percentage: 30% two years ago and about 8-10% now. Additional info about me: Height: 5'6 Age: 32

I was able to change my body that much in two years with a combination of healthy eating and exercise (weight lifting, cardio training and Pole Dance classes). The key to be successful in losing weight, and keeping it healthy at the same time, is to change your eating habits little by little plus find that one activity you truly enjoy, in order to move your body out of your comfort zone. It takes time to change bad habits, but with a lot of patience and a strong mind set, you can totally do it! Respect your own time and don’t compare your progress with others. Be ready to fail many times during the whole process. When it happens, learn from it, move on and keep going. My last advice is to break big goals into small ones you can easily achieve in a short period of time. By doing this, every small achievement can be turned into motivation to reach your ultimate goal. Remember, true motivation comes from within.
