This was done from April 2015 to September 2015 through calorie counting and working out 5-6 days a week. It took me years to finally be ready to change my life. I gave up all of my excuses and made the choice to change my life. I started watching what I ate, quit smoking, and fell in love with exercise. I always stared at before and afters and imagined the day it would be me; they have always been a huge motivation. Running has provided me with a free treatment for my anxiety and depression. I’ve also found its cured my insomnia. I feel more confident and comfortable with myself, so it’s also helped my social anxiety. It’s been hard at times, but honestly, a lot easier than I expected. Losing weight is simply calories in versus calories out. I don’t do cheat days anymore because I incorporate foods I love into my everyday life. Any questions, feel free to ask!
