Transformation Tuesday I missed!
Before I started my journey I found every reason not to start. I didn’t have enough money, but I could afford cigarettes, out to eat, and material items that I wanted (not needed).
After back surgery I knew that I wanted to get healthy for my kids. Everything I did I would weigh it out on my own scale. Is this cupcake more important than my kids?!? Is this night out to eat, this or that more important that my kids?!
That’s right everything was weighed out against my kids because nothing could outweigh them. 100lbs gone in 18 months!
Lately I’ve been flustered because I’ve always had this goal of fitness model physique. This after picture was taken in March, pretty close to where I wanted to be. Being close I’ve fluctuated back and forth. No matter what I’m so proud of how far I come and that I still work on my goals daily no matter what.
Excited about our Fall Into Health Challenge Group starting Monday. And super pumped to take it to the next level when Hammer & Chisel comes out!!
Message me and comment below if you would like to make a lifestyle change, not just a quick fix. It’s going to be hard but support will be priceless and I will guide you.
