Same mirror, different girl. 4 years of trying fad diets, pills and workout programs. Now I lift weights. I don’t follow videos, I don’t use a program, I just say “I want to be stronger” and work every muscle in my body. (On different days of course). I eat as much as I want, and I want good clean food. Overcoming insecurity is so so hard. I’ve been there. I feel you. And now I’ve started to write long term lifting and eating plans, it’s all I need to feel in control again. I don’t need bulimia to feel in control, I don’t need to starve myself, I just need to sit down and write my A+ plan for my body. Because my body is the most important thing.
