Before i started living healthy and doing workouts, i was a weak and lazy person. I never had problems with my weight, my only problem is to gain weight (i know that sounds strange). well i started doing sports and eat the right things… and in 4 months I managed to gain 5 kg of weight. I was so motivated that i went on. Now im doing that since 7 months and im feeling better and better every day! Always keep in your mind that you are able to reach your goals! You only have to keep them in your mind and try to stay motivated! (sry for my english :D)
