So I’ve lost 74 pounds so far. Over a year ago I was feeling really odd. I felt as if I was going to pass out. My arm was going numb while driving and I felt weak constantly. To me that was a huge wake-up call. I didn’t want to die because of my terrible health.

I started walking and totally changing my diet. I use the app Loseit to track my food and count the calories that I am eating. I lost about 30 pounds just by walking. I would walk about 3-5 miles 3 days a week.

Now that I’ve dropped a lot of my weight it is so much easier to exercise. Now I exercise for an hour or more 3 days a week. I’m building muscle and now I can actually get active without feeling miserable. I’m currently not losing any weight but I’m okay with that. I’m so much healthier and I’m proud of where I’m at now.
