Personal reminder and motivator for myself: lately I have forgotten how far I have come in such a short amount of time. September 2014, nearly a year ago is when I began my journey.
I’ve learned that getting healthy is not difficult. Eating healthy, real food and literally moving more will do the trick. The mental part of rewiring your brain to a healthy lifestyle has been the real obstacle for me. Some months are effortless, hardly thinking twice about eating fruit over junk or preparing my meals for work.. to dreading the thought of tracking my calories and eating whatever I feel like rather than treating myself. I could easily say I’ve hit a plateau at 52 lbs lost but I know I’ve been relaxed this spring and summer to the point where it’s not even enjoyable anymore and it’s my own fault. Ready to get back to feeling 100% 🌿🍊πŸ’ͺ🏽 #healthjourney #weightloss #beforeandduring #motivation
