After: 121 pounds
I am 5'2" and was always an athlete. Due to poor eating habits I gained the weight that I did. I decided to change. Last summer, I changed my eating habits and did T25 and lost 12 pounds. This summer, I’ve dropped another 7 pounds and I’m still not done. I want to shed more fat, build muscle, and be the best I can. I love lifting weights so of course I want to increase my maxes.
