Hey! My name is Abby, I’ve spent the past 7 months bettering myself physically and mentally. I’m sticking to a mostly low carb diet with lots of protein. I run 2 miles a day, zumba 3 times a week, and mix in some bleacher runs! So this is my before and during and I’ve never been happier with my body.
