How I lost +60 lbs within basically a year:
it wasn’t a diet or extreme working out. It wasn’t to be skinny, beautiful, or “socially acceptable”. It was about my mental health. Eating healthy and working out just made me happier, so I stuck with it.
All I can say is the best way to lose weight is to eat healthy and work out. But you have to do everything at your own pace. If you don’t enjoy what your doing then you wont keep up with it, so try to do it your own way.
