waaw! congratulations! please tell me what is the secret recipe create/form a body like yours!

Find what you love doing! If you hate a certain type of food or exercise, don’t fucking do it! Do things for the fun of it! Weight loss should be enjoyable and exciting. If you aren’t excited that you can create a whole new body like a caterpillar, you’re doing it wrong. Enjoy things occasionally, no good ever came from having zero fun. Allow yourself faults and know your limits. If bread bloats you out, stay away from it etc. Lots of sleep, water and down time! When you work out, work out hard!
