Belly progress!
I’m so proud! Just healthy eating, regular but not crazy exercise and balance! It’s easy to develop disordered ways of eating when trying to get healthy, so I’ve been trying to take it slow and steady. I recently went vegan and have seen so many positive changes, but while it can be helpful for weight loss it’s definitely not a ‘diet’. So excited to see more changes in my body and my life.
