You’re body is beautiful and can do amazing things. What I didn’t understand, back when this first picture was taken, that’s I needed to love MYSELF regardless. And to be honest, I still struggle with it now. It is a process in loving yourself. It is a process in getting shredded. There’s process for going through school and onto higher education. Everything in life is a series of processes.
