I’m down from 227 to 139! Only 9lb more to go.
It’s been a long year, but I’m so happy with the results! The secret to my weight loss? I bought a food scale/measuring cups, downloaded my fitness pal, and I’ve been eating vegan for the past 6 months. I also work out on the elliptical for 45min 3 times a week. It’s wasn’t easy at first, but it became easier and the results were worth it!
