Currently go to the gym 4 times a week (just cardio 30-40 min) and I walk a lot (usually between 10,000-15,000 steps a day, helps having a dog to walk and no car) I always check motiveweight everyday and love it…. I’ve posted through email in the past. I’m gonna try to update my progress here…but I’m new at Tumblr so I might suck at this lol motiveweight
