Email Submission

There’s about a 20 lb. difference between first pic and second pic. It’s taken about 3 months to lose it. 

I love being outside so I started C25K (my first race is on July 4th!), and I’ve been doing yoga twice a week. I eat smaller portions, drink tons of water, and try to be more active in general.

I’ve been slowly but surely working towards my goals… needed this picture today to remind myself that I’m making progress.
